167_How This Financial Planner Lost 70 lbs In a Year Without Aggressive Dieting

Having spent years in the perpetual dieting roller coaster of losing and gaining the same weight, Jaylynn was ready for a change. She was tired of diet pills, aggressive 500-calorie eating, and HCG plans, and she realized that she was using food as a coping mechanism for managing stress.

Now, 14 months into the Smart Nutrition Coaching Program and down over 70 lbs, Jaylynn is eating close to 2,000 calories per day, she enjoys the foods she wants, has a much healthier relationship both food and with her body, is much better able to cope with stress and is continuing to improve her skills around nutrition and exercise for long-term success.
