In this episode, I bring back Dai Manuel, super-dad, husband, coach, author, and fitness educator to share more about his journey towards creating the life of his dreams and what steps we can realistically take to do the same. Dai shares how identifying and living your life purpose starts by peeling away the distractions that keep us playing small.
