This is an invitation to work together in our signature 1:1 coaching program to take your physical results to the next level.

This offer is for individuals over 30 who want to lose their next 20+ lbs, get fit and leaner, and finally feel like they have control over their physical results so they can show up as the leader, parent, and partner that they’re capable of being.

You can expect to notice more energy and confidence while being proud of what you see in the mirror. We believe that your physical health will carry over into your relationships, family, and career.

We work together for 6-12 months on the following things:

Your personalized roadmap. The first phase is understanding where you’re starting and where you want to go. We make data-driven decisions so it’s important that we understand your exact starting point and the goals that you want to achieve along the way.

We assess objective and subjective metrics to get a clear picture of what your body will respond to so we can start to put together your personalized roadmap which will be the most efficient path to getting the results you desire. We also assess your lifestyle and preferences to make sure that we set you up for long-term success.

Metabolic restoration. This phase is like putting daily deposits into your metabolic bank account. It’s where we build you up physically so that your body starts to look and feel the way you want it to. During this phase, we get you eating the right kinds of foods in the right amounts based on your individualized needs.

Many of our clients say that their energy levels increase, they notice an increase in libido, better mood, and feeling stronger and more capable in the gym and at home. When you fuel appropriately, you’ll immediately feel the difference. You’ll also be setting a great example for the people who look up to you and depend on you.

This phase also includes a structured and progressive training program to align with the physical results you’re looking to achieve. Eating and training to build strength and muscle is like having a healthy investment account – the daily deposits will compound over time.

Fat loss acceleration. It’s no secret… You want to love what you see in the mirror. And there’s no shame in that. Let’s not hide from the fact that we feel more confident when we look the way we want. When we’re desired. You’re putting in the work in so many areas of your life, it’s time to see the physical fruits of your labor.

This is the phase where your physical appearance really changes in a noticeable and meaningful way. You’ll love how your clothes fit and your partner will notice as well. Many of our clients say that they couldn’t believe how quickly things progressed during this phase. That’s because we don’t beat around the bush. We get after it and we make it happen.

Lifestyle integration. It’s great to look the way you want, to feel the way you want, and to perform the way you want. However, it doesn’t do us much good if we can’t sustain it. The last phase is all about permanent results. This is the phase where we ensure that everything is sustainable for the long haul.

We want you to look and feel your best now AND well into your 40’s, 50’s, and beyond. Some of our older clients love being able to still feel confident and outperform some of the younger people in the gym. Some of our clients just appreciate the fact that their physical results are here to stay and they don’t have to worry about backtracking or doing silly diets ever again.

We use our Nutrition Seasons™ approach, which is our proprietary way of helping you adjust to the various demands and obligatory phases of life. That means when work gets crazy or you have a family vacation or something else takes priority, you know exactly what to do to maintain your results, without stress, shame, or guilt.

Many of our clients are juggling family life, work life, and fitness. You don’t have to put any of them on the back burner. Your physical health will only add to your relationships and how you show up at work. This is about being the best partner, parent, and leader that you can possibly be.

We address the above items in the order that makes the most sense for you and your unique situation. We make changes based on how you’re progressing, what’s working, and what the data is telling us.

Your coach will take care of setting up and monitoring your plan to ensure we know exactly what works best for you and what makes you feel your best.

You get weekly video check-ins, ongoing communication and text support, an amazing community of like-minded peers. and private coaching calls to guide you through this process. Each week at the check-in, we’ll review all of your data, get feedback from you, monitor your progress, and then make specific recommendations so you know exactly what to implement for the following week.

We make sure that you’re held accountable and know exactly what’s working best for you along the way.

Our Smart Nutrition Coaching Program is for anybody, but it’s not for everybody.

In order to qualify you must meet the following criteria:

  • You are CONFIDENT in yourself and know that with the right system, skills, and support, you can do anything and aren’t willing to settle for mediocrity.
  • You are OBSESSED with learning the ways to do things more effectively and efficiently so you can maximize your time and your results.
  • You have the DESIRE & DRIVE to commit to improving your health in the next 6-12 months (and beyond) while leading by example for your friends and family. You know this is bigger than you.

This program is NOT for you if:

  • You’re NOT serious about changing your lifestyle and putting in the work necessary to get there
  • You want in-person 1-1 personal training or coaching – we only do virtual
  • You’re NOT obsessed with growing, getting better, and being challenged
  • You have zero interest in building long-term healthy nutrition and exercise behaviors that your kids will mirror
  • You think you’re not worth investing in yourself and prioritize everyone else in your life instead
  • You’re just looking to drop a few pounds before your next event (and are fine gaining it back afterward).

The price for our program is a respectable mid-four-figure investment, which is small compared to the physical results that you’ll achieve and the impact that it’ll have on your confidence, your family, and your career. Many of our clients say that their relationships and productivity significantly improved and they feel better than they ever have, physically.
