I am always down for a challenge. And I always believe in walking the talk. And so I decided that for my 44th birthday, I want to make a concerted effort to get as lean as I possibly can.
So what I want to do in this short episode is just walk you through what that process looks like for me. The things that I’m doing day in and day out. And really relate this to losing fat over 40 and how things change as we get older. And then I want to share some lessons that I’ve learned during this fat loss process that I think will be directly applicable to you.
