Welcome to the Smart Nutrition Made Simple Show. I’m your host as always, Ben Brown. And in today’s podcast, I talk with my friend Jasmine Daley. She’s a small business owner, she’s a wife, and she’s a mother of 8 kids. Yes, you heard me right. 8 kids! 

After suffering a stroke and experiencing post-partum depression Jasmine realized she needed a change and she joined the Smart Nutrition coaching program. 

Prior to joining the program, Jasmine was killing herself with high-intensity interval training workouts, with fad diets, only to lose and gain the same 10 lbs over and over again.

Just after a year of joining our coaching program Jasmine is down more than 40 lbs and her success has translated to all aspects of her life. Most notably, her marriage, her family, and her business.
