124_What’s for Dinner? How to Build your Family Friendly Meals

In this episode I’ll share the many reasons (brain, body, soul) that committing to family meals can be one of the single best tools to help your children become confident, healthy, communicative, and emotionally stable individuals.

We’ll discuss some of the research around why having frequent family meals is so valuable for not only our kids, but for our family dynamic, as well as the numerous life-long health benefits that eating together can impart.

Additionally, I’ll break down the PFC (protein, fat, carb) framework that we, as a family, use to help us create quick, easy, and nutritious meals that the whole family can enjoy.
