About 1 to 2% of our population has celiac disease, and most people don’t even know they have it. Similarly, as many as 1 in 10 people are gluten-sensitive, and most have no idea.
Today on the show I’m joined by my close friend Kelly Meehan, IHP, MBCE, OD, FAAO. Kelly is an integrative health practitioner, certified health coach, wife, and busy mom of three with a passion for helping families find and learn how to achieve optimal wellness through an integrative approach to health. Kelly brings a wealth of knowledge, not only from her multiple degrees but also from her own experiences dealing with Celiac disease.
