Who is this challenge for?
This challenge is for anyone that wants an opportunity to cut out the booze for 21-days (or more) while getting the tools and support they need to lose weight, feel better, and improve their life in the process.
Who is this challenge NOT for?
This challenge is NOT for those looking for a “free” chance to win prizes or take advantage of the fact that they don’t already drink.
This is NOT for those that aren’t ready to commit to all 21-days of the challenge, to get uncomfortable, to put in the work, and to make concerted effort towards improvement in their lifestyle habits, nutrition, and fitness goals.
Do I need to be working out?
No, you don’t need to workout to be successful with the challenge. However, we will have training resources available to all levels of fitness should you decide you want some guidance.
Do I have to follow a nutrition plan?
No, you don’t have to follow a specific plan, and for many, simply ditching the alcohol can be a huge driver of success. However, we will provide basic nutrition guidelines and have some more advanced support should you want it.
What if I don’t want to lose weight?
No problem, your ultimate success, nor will the winner be based exclusively on weight loss.
Do I have to pay for the challenge?
No, the challenge and all of the resources are 100% free. However, if you want more guidance and attention, then we do have a $97 opportunity to get your personalized nutrition and exercise programming using our specific coaching apps so that you have a better chance of winning.
