At Body Systems we believe that you should really be weighing yourself daily. Yep, I said daily. But not for the reasons you’re probably thinking.
On today’s Smart Nutrition Made Simple podcast, I thought it would be fun to get the BSL Coaching Team together to discuss our philosophy around daily weigh-ins and why we find it to be extremely beneficial from both an accountability and awareness standpoint.
Now, I want to be clear. We’re not advocating weighing yourself daily to obsess over every pound on the scale or to hit a particular target weight. And it’s so important to understand that scale weight will fluctuate from day to day. Instead, we see daily weigh-ins as a powerful tool that we can leverage to collect data day-to-day, week-to-week, month-to-month, to ultimately allow us to make better decisions to drive progress.
