I often come across clients who feel like they need to have these intricate meal plans, recipe guides, or they need to be putting together these seemingly complex dishes that are all extremely healthy.
And if they’re NOT doing any of these things then they’re not going to be making progress.
But that’s not the case. And often times the more simplistic the better.
